The only thing affected is that she might have some issues if she wants to tour in mainland China, but it doesn't matter that much cuz she probably has no such plan in the very first place. As long as she comes to Hong Kong or Taiwan, mainland monsters (who can afford the travel) can go there to see her. But she paid HK dust during ARTPOP Ball so I doubt if she'll come this time.
