Ariana's tour is cancelled at least to June 5th.

Joanne World Tour looks like a cute lil local tour compared to Dangereous Woman Tour *continent wise*.

"The London O2 shows this week have been canceled as well as all shows though June 5 in Switzerland.

Grande's tour was set to head to multiple countries all over Europe until June 17—where she would perform at the Pala Alpitour in Turin.

From there, she was expected to embark on the Latin American leg of her Dangerous Woman Tour followed by an Asia leg, Oceania leg and second Asia leg.''

Tbh I have no idea why a song like The Cure was released if they had no intention of promoting it, with even at least a video. It's the most generic thing and hit-ready sounding thing she's ever released.

To appease the majority of her fanbase because they HATE when Gaga does heartfelt music that is pushing boundaries (source: this fanbase's reaction to Born This Way, ARTPOP & Joanne). To counteract she's smuggling one or two pure pop bops into her catalogue (I Want Your Love in 2015, The Cure in 2017), so she doesn't get daily death threats on twitter anymore for making Million Reasons a single or recording Cheek to Cheek.

What she and her team don't realize is that by doing that, they keep those stans on the edge of their seats waiting for more, only to be disappointed with the next album again. :chica:

If it doesn't include the original concept of the TEOG video and a Laurieann Gibson cameo: I'm not interested.

GMA was WAYYY after the single came out, she had no UK performances, no French performances, nothing. Back then, it was customary that pop stars would promote globally.

GMA performance was less than a month after release, and in the middle she performed on MTV, and iTunes Festival in London that was streamed WW. The video was premiered on TV, Applause was also on the ArtRave and of course on the Muppets Special after the launch of the album.

Applause received good tv promo, a video that came soon enough, was supported by radio, and do well on the charts. It was a good era, of a well promoted song.
