They've had the same ratio of 150 streams = 1 sale for ages and that's too high. I'd even go as far to say as they need to double it with how increasingly big streaming's gotten even over the last couple of years. Example: Malibu is not top 10 on itunes, has small radio audience but is top 15 on itunes in US and is top 10 on Hot 100. That seems so off to me. If a song costs $1,29 so the streams to be considered as 1 copy should be the amount of plays that YT/Spotify/AM/Pandora counts to pay to the musicians $1,29. What u think?
