The more streaming consumes the market the more Gaga and her team need to focus on latin american markets as well. In pop music world it's all about numbers and figures. If her youtube and spotify numbers looks good no one will care if most of it comes from latin america. They will only care that it is a big figure so I really REALLY hope her team start cracking the latin market again somehow. People didn't give up on the song, but there is hardly anything to discuss - the song is super stable (like super SUPER stable) on Spotify, it's having a hard time breaking 30M Al on radio and then there is iTunes where it drops on the weekend/new releases and rises back eventually and then falls and on and on and on.. I don't know what they were planning with the song, but it honestly didn't work out as they expected. Yes it gave her some spotify succes she needed but the song is hardly an hit. They are treating it as a buzz single. It's better that she moves on from it now imo. Go on tour, take some time off and get to work for the next album. I hope she's smart and goes into the studio as long as she needs to deliver a big comeback hit. We had everything in the last years except for a much needed smash hit. MR prevented her from flopping, but she needs a little hit momentum.
