Wtf are you talking about actually ?

The topic is about gay lashing in Indonesia, you randomly brought up that they burn alive dogs to death for their meat as if it's something specific to be ashamed of while same practice is done in every single country with different types of meat aka Lobster in US.

If dog meat is not different, why would you bring up this subject as if it is anything special under a totally unrelated topic.

Because animal abuse and human abuse are intrinsically linked?

Did you really not know this?

There's nothing harder for people to do than admit they were fooled.

By the way, every religion is based on ignorance. That's a fact. It's like a sort of mythology: when you don't know how something originated or happened, you say " God did it". It's the exact same logic, trying to hide is pretty delusional, honestly.

We can argue about its message, positive or negative, but then again every religion has a little bit of both. Yes, even, Christianity, or better, especially Christianity. The thing is that now we are so used to hear about islamic extremism that we forget that we (Catholics) did the same barbaric things a couple centuries ago. And that's not an euphemism, just another fact.

We are all humans, we all make mistakes.

God, as far as I'm concerned, is our most terrible creation. So it's pretty useless to blame this entity. We are the problem. Ignorance is the problem. Fear is the problem. Put it this way, that's an easier battle to fight (at least we're not fighting windmills anymore)...

Don't you think maybe they are the same thing? Love and attention?

Religions have to go. Now.

That depends on what religion you follow. The Abrahamic religions discriminate against LGBT, there are several that don't.

Also, not every religion is theistic. There are atheistic religions as well.

lmao. every religion? Have you been across the entire world.

Like I said not every religion is theistic, there is no concept of a Supreme deity in many religions.

What you're necessarily doing is generalizing the entire world in an Abrahamical viewpoint.

Theistic or atheistic, they're still based on ignorance. But that was not my point.

I was clearly talking about monotheistic religions (that was my "every religion", the main three). So, yeah, it was a generalization but I thought it was obvious that we were talking about abrahamic religions.
