It's a classic. I think that generations yet to come will sing along/kiss/make love/meet for the first time/have beautiful time while this song will play. I really love Million Reasons. I think MR has consistency, popularity and powerful lyrics, so it could easily win both categories (and also Best Country Solo Performance). But, knowing the Academy, they will probably nominate it in Best Pop Solo Performance because it's performed by Gaga, and that Grammy will obviously go to Adele's Water Under the Bridge.
