You should've kept it as is. lol. Hand On Your Heart is definitely one of her best from her first two albums. I'd put it second to Got To Be Certain.

if Word Is Out participated in this rate girl it would've gotten my 11 faster than you can say ferrari  but it didn't so I wasn't that sure of it

 

Got To Be Certain is cute, meh, her stuff starts to actually be good from Let's Get To It, with a few highlights prior to that

It's fine and everything, but it's just not good for Kylie and very safe/boring. Not shedding any TEARS now that its out.
