'One Dance' never had a single performance and stayed at #1 for ages. it had a video months after it was released , as a part of a mini movie exclusive to Apple. 'Love on the Brain' had 2 performances months before it was released. Once it was sent to radios it never had any performances, and got no music video. 'Dark Hose' was a #1 on the hot 100 the week before the music video was released. Traditional promo is still fine, but it's not what it used to be. If streaming and radio is on your side, you can be #1 for weeks without a single performance and a music video. We are only on week 2 for this single, just be patient.
