If it is indeed in August then it will the last Sunday of August which is August 26th. She wont have another show until 2 days after the VMAs if they are in NYC. Even if they were in LA she could book a flight from Chicago morning straight to LA that same day. If it's in September then yeah its not possible unless they are on Sunday September 9 which she could book a flight from Toronto on September 8th to LA and then after the VMAs she could easily book another flight back to Philadelphia her next show.
