So then, the solution is just to kill them all ?

Number one is accepting refugees, creating safe zones, supporting and contributing way more in humanitarian aid ...

All military intervention does is magnify the recruitment for terrorist organizations. Daesh exists because of the invasion of Iraq.

That's kind of a loaded question, but there's not really any other good solution than killing IS members and making sure civilian casualties are as minimal as humanly possible, however that is so hard because IS make that hard intentionally.

I agree with accepting refugees but thats a long process that would take years and years, it's not just as simple as opening borders because you have the unique situation of homeland attacks with IS members 'immigrating' to the US to do attacks here - which gain far more coverage for them. Providing aid is really hard because the areas are IS controlled and humanitarian workers are abducted and killed.

US's intervention increasing recruitment is a myth, IS numbers actually have recently dwindled and are falling. Pulling out of intervening would do absolutely no good, their intention is not to scare the US out of intervening but to establish a globe that follows their version of Islam by taking control of as much land as possible through mass murder of those who don't obey, they gained a massive unprecedented amount of land before real intervention took place to stop it.

It's important for IS to be wiped out before they gain too much land and become capable of harming entire countries, imagine if they gained access to a ME countries bombs, for example? It's not unrealistic.

There isn't a solution. They will move from country to country. The rest of the world can't take in hundreds of millions of people. Humanitarian aide has to allowed to even get to some of these areas.

All western countries could completely pull out and stop supporting rebels, and what would you have?

I hope the number of civilians affected by this was low....

Was this really necessary?

Yeah the innocent people in ISIS territory are pretty screwed to begin with.

It's not like the US is trying to hit civilian targets. ISIS uses civilians are human shields.

What would you rather the international community do? Just let ISIS take over the entire state?

This is my problem with moral absolutists like this. They complain than innocent people get hurt, but what is you're alternative? In order to stop ISIS, civilians that are innocent will have to die, that's just the real practical world.

If not airstrikes then we have to invade.

So again, then they must die ?

Really ? Just two weeks ago their were strikes against schools and mosques that killed hundreds of innocents.

This is in Afganistan, they aren't even close to taking over the state :smh: And in general they only have around 35 000 across the board so they aren't taking over the Middle East as well :smh:

Yeah lmao humanitarian intervention has LITERALLY never worked a single time to stop any authoritarian group.

Shout out to ISIS, the Taliban, Al Qaeda, North Korea, etc.

I don't mean to come off harsh but it seems like you want the world to be a simpler place than it is. We can't just say "oh lets give them food and water and humanitarian aide and everything will be rainbows and butterflies eventually".

More innocent civilians will die under ISIS than if the US tries to liberate them from ISIS.

I see you ignored the first two points to focus on that. That humanitarian aid is to the people who already are suffering and those fleeing, I was responding to the point, what else can we do.

Think of a very simple point, those who survive airstrikes and military interventions, with their family killed, homes destroyed, towns destroyed. Do you see how easy it is to turn to various terrorist groups.

My last point. The lives of those living west are not more important than those living in these places.

We going to boo

our mythology

It'd be a coincidence at most, but I doubt we'll be seeing a world war anytime soon. True provocation had to go down for that to happen.

Don't be frightened by the headlines, people. The title's explanation is sensational.

So you think the answer to ISIS and terrorist groups is to open the US doors to refugees?

So basically you want to let all the people who oppose ISIS to leave?

And then you're only left with ISIS in that country?

Makes sense. I didn't address it because it wasn't a solid point.

To answer your question, yes. Innocent people are gonna die. No matter what path we go down, they're gonna die. That's the real world. Sorry :/ It sucks.

Yes, we should try to limit this people that die. But if ISIS is going to hide in a Mosque, guess what.... We're still going to have to bomb them!

If they want to hide behind civilians, that's on them. They declared war on ALL of us. THEY started it. That's on them, not us bud.

True, most predictions are very vague but I have been reading upon some predictions by Nostradamus and they really seem to make sense most of the times.

Yea, but sadly, I highly doubt this is an area solely containing ISIS. It is probably ISIS controlled territory, which likely would mean several civilians are caught in the crossfire.

Civilians who live in isis controlled areas sadly were never staked for a happy ending :/

While I'm all for destroying ISIS, I do feel very uneasy about all of this. This bomb has been available since 2003. Bush didn't want to use it due to unknown factors...let that sink in for a minute. Trump has been in office for less than one hundred days. I'm thinking he has taken the muzzle off and is going to agree to anything military...and it will all be "over dessert".

Sickening. And they are praising it all over the news networks. War is always wrong.

The future's uncertain and the end is always near.
