They talk about legalities that say federal government cant make marriage decisions for States

 

We had the sam issue here in Canada in 2005. Only 2 or 3 Provinces had it legalized and marriage is suppostu be a Provincial thing

 

When the Federal Government made it mandatory for all Provinces to recognize it some say that wasnt technically a legal move

 

But at the same time the court ruled about constitutional rights. So at the same time it should still be valid
