Some speculate that Trump's flip-flopping from staying out of the Syrian problem, to now being appalled and retaliating, is all part of a big scheme where the end result is that, in order to make "peace" with Russia, and have them stay away from Syria, Trump will offer to remove the Russian sanctions.
