Yeah, but you have to take into consideration that MR is a nice ballad, and the sound is definitely not screaming a streaming hit. DIC is totally different. It's very light, sexy, the video literally can be epic so there you have huge youtube views, the sound is tropical so there you have spotify streams if they include it in big playlists. MR is totally the opposite, that's why it was so promo sensitive. And there are many out there who have had successful ballads. Rihanna's Stay. Lorde's Royals. Ed Sheeran's Thinking out Loud, and many more. John Wayne has a visually satisfying video but the views don't seem to be promising. I also think John Wayne is catchier and more radio-friendly than Dancin' in Circles. I mean Perfect Illusion the anticipated lead single had intensive radio promotion but look at where it ended. It's the lead single after 2 years without a pop album. My hopes are already set very low when it comes to the third single tbh I don't expect huge success, but I do want a good video and at least some effort from her team, if not from Gaga herself, since her schedule is really crazy. 'A bad ass sexy video' doesn't necessarily mean a bad thing thought?
