I'd be all for strong European co-operation (never a European State tho) if it were honest and personally accountable, but the EU right now is far from that and avoids changing towards it.

What does Brexit have to do with this? Doesn't make a difference. I'm currently in Poland (from the UK) and I'm only paying £1 per day for unlimited...

Well this is so you don't have to pay anything extra for roaming when you travel between EU member states and since UK won't be a EU member anymore I guess this will not include them. The UK carriers can still make up their own contracts for their customers tho, but they wouldn't have had to do that if Brexit didn't happen.

It's an odd thing to bring up though when...

1. UK contracts offer roaming for "free" or for cheap worldwide.

2. the UK hasn't left the EU yet.

3. No one knows what will stay and what will go when the UK leaves the EU.
