Very clever hmmmm  , well let me tell you I was to both Rihanna's DWT and to Gaga's BWB live and this time around Ririh dragged Gaga all over the dirt, better visual, beter costumes, better vocals, beter choreographies, better show in its entirity....  I guess my show was just really early in the tour. Rihanna ran out of energy by the second act, she didn't sing for a lot of the show, loud backing track, and the choreography was dull.  But her Stay/Diamonds vocals were ON POINT Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

CHANTEL 2 Posted May 21, 2013 Share Posted May 21, 2013 i think it owned the born this way ball because i thought rihanna, her set design, costumes, and choreo were all just on point. i think shes at the apex of her career right now and i got to witness that in person whereas gaga toured with an already tired album meaning its theme was tired and she hasnt been in great physical shape either. HOWEVER i didn't mean to open pandora's box of negativity by going there and thats honestly why i never say **** like that because i dont want to be one of those people that automatically snaps back with a gaga put down. i thought the monster ball 1.0+2.0 were better than diamonds. but i like diamonds better than the born this way ball for sure, which doesnt mean i thought the btwb was **** (just to make that clear). if were talking about which concert i had the best time at? both. ive had a great time at all the concerts ive been to except maybe garbage because i wasnt drunk enough and hardly knew most of the setlist don't worry i wasn't attacking you i respect your opinion. Her first 2 albums are good and fun listening to, but I feel like they are kind of basic from my perspective, GGGB slays but it was just an attempt to make her an international superstar (which was achieved perfectly) i doesn't feel like it came from the heart, Rated R is definitely her most soulful album, it is very intense but it bores me a little, LOUD is a  slayer, all songs are good but I don't think it is personal, TTT sounds more like a Greatest Hits album, every song could have been a single but I don' feel like there was an actual concept for the album... on the other hand Unapologetic has it all, good rhythms, good lyrics, it is personal, it really feels like a whole concept when you finish listening to it, and most songs songs are ass-kicking... can't stop listening to it.... so my top list ended up like this...  1. MOTS Â Loud was on number 1, but I'm so sick with the singles from that album that I only listen Fading/Skin/Man Down. I love the first 6 tracks of TTT cause it's like really getto, which I love.
