okay, if it's not that hard why doesn't everybody have endless smash hits like Rihanna? Rihanna has an excellent team that got her to the place where she can do that, of course the music she released most of her career helped as well. You can't just call up spotify "hey how much for TTH" or iHeart and say "spin my song hourly when it debuts" or Jimmy Kimmel, "can I perform tuesday." Management takes hard work, dedication, and a lot of bartering. Gaga has had excellent management this era (except PI, which probably wasn't Gaga's personal team's decision anyways), all of the problems she has faced are because of previous managment ****-ups. Everyone thinks they can do their job better than a professional but almost no one can.

We can't say Rihanna has had all smashes. SWM, KIB and Sledgehammer bombed on radio and sales, but it seems her management always has a back up plan. IMO that's what makes her team a little better. I think Interscope lacks that as a whole with all their artists. While ROC Nation seems always to find new ways to make a hit.

Maybe you should since you seem to think you know what's best and give off attitude when someone challenges your own opinion. :wtfga: Stubbornness and arrogance are great qualities in a manager.

Yas get him :lolly:

I think this actually a good route to take right now. Especially since she is filming a movie and probably doesn't even have time to promote a single. (IMO she won't be attending any of the awards shows from now until Nov because of filming, unless she put it in her contract.)  Nick Jonas put out three videos almost at the same time while only promoting one single and I think it worked out for him. It will help her with streaming and maybe get the album certified platinum quickly. She doesn't need too much more for a platinum certified album.

Exactly. She got at least a Top 5 hit in and now she'll go platinum, time to just kinda have fun with the era and do whatever. Idk why her eras always have to be so structured with like single -> video -> single -> video, etc. and then stops when radio support stops. plenty of stars just keep releasing visuals until they tour.

Just reading this-- fits perfectly with what I was saying in my post! Her management is so rigid. It has to be exactly to plan, textbook version of a plan too. They can't just roll with the punches. Soon as anything goes wrong, the entire effort is just cancelled with no backup

TBH I think that structured style if management will go out the window the bigger streaming gets. In the future, Gaga should get her big deals like Rihanna and Beyoncé for sales and then just focus on growing her streaming.

Thats why people say for rihanna her hits are quick lil singles. Her team so fast. They dropping hits almost every month. They send a lot of songs to the radio.

but Gaga only sending one song and they are waiting for it 2 3 months if its gonna pick up or not.

in that timeline Gaga should've release 4 5 videos like rihanna and send to the radio like 4 songs. But we only got 2 in 9 months lol this is just insane.

her team just soooooooooooo slow.

i dont even wanna mention that Rihanna released  features with a lot of people.

Gaga is not doing these kind of things to stay revelant.
