Noah Cyrus makes her award show debut at the iHeartRadio Music Awards 2017 performing 'Make Me (Cry)' with Labrinth.  Miley introduced her lil sis to the crowd, but I still think Miley is better vocalist. Their voices are kinda alike tho.

It's part of the song and is as loud and scary here as it is in the studio version.
