The damage PI did with streaming & radio may never be fixed. Some may say I sound silly, like how can one song ruin everything, but PI really destroyed her on streaming, hugely. PI ruined radio for her, they are now hesitant to play her which thankfully MR is undoing that damage. But radio and streaming were ready to pick her up and she was going to be huge again, i still remember the pre era Gaga hype, all the radio broadcasters were ready to play her non stop, and PI just destroyed all that. Judas is one of my fave videos but alot of the views are from Christians fighting In the comments about it and also that's when gaga would release a video it would be like an event people would be like have you seen the new gaga video? It was an underperformance, I would not call a song that was top 10, radio airplay, and has over 300,000,000 views a mega flop. PI does have that much power. Radio programmers were so ready for new Gaga music, they wanted a pop star. Gaga did not give them that and they black listed her for awhile. Streaming is the future and PI is extremely anti streaming sounding, did not fit the streaming mold which damaged her. But at least it's taking off now on radio so it's alright. It would've been more painful if it flopped. MR is the only real hit on the album anyway.
