AndrewGr 6,019
I really need your help guys... I wanted to buy GA tickets for Berlin's show on the presale yesterday but it sold out in like seconds... And since I can't find any fan who might sell any, I think that my only option is Viagogo. I really didn't want to use this kind of "services" because I always hated them but I'm left with no other choice. Has any of you used it? Is it reliable? Have you heard anything positive/negative about it? I would really appreciate any help
Blake 7,385
Tbh it's really just chance. All the times I've used Viagogo, it's been legit. Arenas and official ticket retailers always warn that they might not let you in with 3rd party reseller's tickets though.
venusfly 17,885
No reselling site is trustworthy, you just have to bite the bullet. TicketMaster's GetMeIn site is as trustworthy as they get but i'm not sure if they have it in Berlin. Viagogo isn't "untrustworthy" though

panosmonster 1,466
If Viagogo states that you recieve E-Tickets do you recieve them the same time you pay or do you have to wait?
cdparky 164
Viagogo is as trustworthy as any site that is scalping tickets. I'd suggest you keep checking on TM & Eventim for tickets which are bound to come up, the prices on the scalper sites will be at their peak now and fall away over the coming weeks / months so wait a while before using any of those.
