Back in November at Born This Way Foundation event. That is Christian Carino and doesn't really look like the one today.

Oh guys from his name Christian Corino I could find he works as Agent for Gaga, he's a Talent Agent (Creative Artists Agency) and dailymail reported in an article "She shot selfies with her agent Christian Corino" I guess they're really good friends now or they could be dating too
