I was so excited because the possibilities were endless with that budget but ugh. Beyonce is also an amazing singer and dancer but her halftime was just not as entertaining as Katy's. Maybe you are more entertained by visuals than by the entertainers themselves. Plus I am pretty sure Gaga will provide a good mix of musicality and visuals. We still haven't seen the show yet. I could be wrong but in a recent rehearsal leak it seems like Gaga will use a crowd instead. Also, it seems like Gaga will use separate mini stages for her band members around the main stage. If this is the case then that means those mini stages would have to be put on top of those white sheets used for projections and that obviously would not work. Finally, I don't get the obsession some of you have for projections. Most Superbowl halftime shows did not use any projections and Gaga talent is more than enough to fill out the show.
