I want to thank you for posting this because the gays don't know how shook they'll be by the gay indie queens Katie Stelmanis and Maya Postepski/Princess Century :gaysia:

Still waiting for Robert Alfons to announce a new TR/ST record because it's been 84 years too long :madge:

As for my opinions of the album, I was quite underwhelmed, not gonna lie. I knew I wouldn't really appreciate it when the first two singles were released, but I'm only really into Beyond a Mortal, Utopia, Angel in Your Eye, and 43, which 43 sounds like an Olympia outtake. I guess, lyrically, the album is pretty great and definitely relevant, but the production is just too simple. Like, it sounds so empty, which I'm not sure why since Feel It Break, even though it so lofi, still has an excellent sound life to it. Same goes for Olympia which wasn't really lofi but very organic instead. Hopefully, I'll grow into Future Politics, but, as it stands, it's shaping to be Austra's worst album, which isn't saying the album itself is terrible. Just that in comparison to the previous two albums, Future Politics falls short of what it could have accomplished

I liked the first single, but wasn't into the 2nd single (the title track) whatsoever.

This new 3rd single is my favorite so far, I still need to listen to the full album.
