I'M SHOOK AND EXCITED. And if she has the dates locked in South America, it probably means the same for the rest of the world tbh because SA is usually the last place they finish the contracts and stuff. I'm not ready to open ladygaga.com after the superbowl and see "THE DIAMOND HEART BALL TOUR STARRING LADY GAGA" with dates from all the globe.
