The article is right. Gaga has to play her hit records, the public won't recognize any of the Joanne songs UNLESS she performs a very heart felt version of Million Reasons.

I wish she would play ALL Joanne songs. It's my favorite album, but also because the meltdowns on here would be hilarious!

In reality, I'm sure she'll go halfway. She's obviously going to play some of her hits, but I would be shocked if she didn't do at least a few Joanne songs too. It would be very unlike Gaga to ignore her current era, regardless of how it's performing on the charts.
