On a positive note, he said he does not support waterboarding or a 'Muslim ban'

In contrast to Trump

What about this?

Did he change his mind? Or I misunderstood.

But if someone votes for Trump they also voted for this candy-ass. They knew what they were doing. :oprah:

Not sure. But his tone was different today. We'll just have to see what he does as AG tbh.

Sessions also said he believes Roe v. Wade "violated the Constitution" but that it is the law of the land and that it deserves respect.

In all honesty I cried for 3 days when I heard that trump had won. Donald Trump was chosen to make critical decisions for the United States. Donald ****ing Trump. Just let that sink in for a moment. These people have opened up Pandora's box. I hope they realize what they've done

They know. They will just pretend they didn't vote all these people in. Guilty conscience. :toofunny:

Who's "you"? Not me; and not, I think, most of us here, although there were a few misguided souls. Not even most of the Americans who voted.

I gotta say, although I expected terrible things from the Trump administration, the reality so far has been even worse than I could've imagined. His nominees are drawn mainly from 1. his rich friends, 2. Fox News personalities, and 3. far-right nuts who want to dismantle the departments they're charged with running. (There is some overlap in these categories, e.g. Betsy DeVos is both 1 and 3.)

Two groups of people: The people who actually voted for him, and the people who made the concious decision to not vote because they were lazy. :madge:
