There is currently a hearing for his confirmation as Attorney General under Trump's administration going on and this was one of the things he said that stood out.

It wasn't Love

It wasn't Love

It was a perfect delusion

(Perfect Delusion)

Mistaken for right,

but it was right-winged,

It was a perfect delusion....

(Trump and his friends are a M-E-S-S, and at this point nobody can tell me otherwise)

Do they live in another dimension? :oprah:

If so how can we live there? :oprah:

Yes, they live in a different world...the world where white, straight, wealthy males in power decide everything and don't consider or empathize with anyone outside of that world.

Yeah watching it on CNN now, I'm not surprised by what I've been watching.

A lot of his answers are just the whole "That is the law, I will uphold it" :smh: Yes we knows you'd uphold it, the issue is if you WANT to stand up for minorities :smh: Not to mention he probably can't wait for certain laws to be changed :smh:

He acknowledged institutionalized racism at least, but I'm not sure if he's just pandering, I guess we'll have to see - unless the democrats pull a Republican and block him :emma:

But everytime people started screaming out protests I cheered :laughga:

Life ain't Hollywood for any one of us.

I really hope he gets blocked. What are the chances of that happening?

Almost non-existent.

He is very well known in the Senate. I highly doubt they wouldn't approve him.

I mean, to say that, you either have to be extremely stupid and not involved in today's society at all OR you don't want to deal with the stated issue and have some real look at it..

A true mess, the ignorance is real.

They also have more worrisome picks coming up, ones that could start wars over their decisions. They can't vote against everyone and there are plenty of questionable, and even downright scary, picks for cabinet positions.

Yeah. I think the upcoming hearings will be more interesting. There is no question Sessions will be the Attorney General.

What type of discrimination was he referring to?

This "draining the swamp" stuff is fun.
