Economy 53,076
https://www.google.ca/amp/s/www.thestar.com/amp/business/2016/12/21/toronto-eclipses-vancouver-as-countrys-least-affordable-housing-market.html Despite ever tightning housing rules by the Government to cool the Canadian Housing market, it is having no effect in the entire Toronto region The reason maybe be simple. The Toronto area population grows by over 120,000 people a year because it is the prefered destination of most immigrants. But theres not enough space or contruction to accomodate everyone Prices consistantly rise 15% to 20% year after year forcing multiple families to crowd in the same house to save on rental. It is estimated housing units need to rise enough for 1.4 million more people 😳
