ViviLittleM 3
"Joanne has spent now its first 12 weeks inside BB200's Top 50, so it matches ARTPOP total weeks on Top 50 (it was #49 on its 12th week). It will probably drop from Top 50 next week, but it will return after the SuperBowl so it will surpass ARTPOP. But back in 2013 the BB200 was pure sales only, so, on a sales only comparison, Joanne is having a better chart run, as it's been inside Top 30 since it was released. It has already spent more weeks on chart than ARTPOP in NZ, C. Republic, Croatia, Taiwan, and next week, also in Australia. ARTPOP stayed 16 weeks on Top 100 in UK, so it clearly seems that Joanne will have more longevity there too."

The subject matter she dealt with frightened a lot of ppl. With Gaga the GP is simply indifferent. Joanne is Gagas A Night To Remember. Respectable numbers but no-one but hardcore fans will remember it in the future with no support from radio. If she's wanting a timeless back catalogue, a la Madonna, it's not looking to good for Gaga in that respect with the way the past couple era's have panned out. She needs radio. Something To Remember is a compilation album, you can't really compare it. Bedtime Stories is very similar to Joanne in a lot of ways. 1) They were average commercial successes but not the insane heights of previous releases 2) They are often forgotten/will be forgotten in the grand scheme of the artists discography 3) They strayed from the sound and genre of the artists previous releases 4) They served the purpose of redeeming the artist in the eyes of the public. was NickARTPOP

I am tired of the emotional rolacoster Why is everyone thinking it has to be HIT or FLOP? You do realize that among the million songs out, a lot of radio stations still decide to play Million Reasons? It's been in the top 30 in the US (POP and HAC) for maybe more than a month now. Is it a hit? No. Is it a flop? No. It's just doing okay and in the end, I'm grateful we can see MR performing at all. She is not going to grab another #1 with this song and break records, but at least she gets played a little and every time her song gets played on the radio, she is able to sell some copies of the song. The support, even if it is little, still helps and MR probably wouldn't be on the top 200 on iTunes if it wasn't of the little support we have. Million Reasons probably won't become bigger than what it is right now. But instead of crying and saying it's dead, just be happy it is played on the radio and work for the single to stabilize for some more weeks so that way she can at least get a Gold certification in the US. That's how I see it. A cruel king made me tough / This boy's never good enough

Also only promo on tv here has been VSFS nothing else so it shows the song on its own has so much potential and only need radio support to blow up. Yes, it had bigger weeks on Spotify (+3M weekly), but it was due to constant promo + the song was still fresh. The GP is here for Million Reasons and the radio will have to stop neglecting it at some point if it keeps growing like that. Her fans should in fact support the song right now even more than ever before live each day like Gaga might drop an album
