The following statement has been posted to their twitter after Camila released a statement of her own painting herself as the victim of the situation. The members took it so far and posted the statement SIMULTANEOUSLY on each of their individual Instagram feeds.

Along with that, Billboard editor Jason Lipshutz confirmed/backed up the story as it is told by the remaining four members.

After the statements, soon #CamilaIsOverParty started trending worldwide on twitter.

A situation that seems to get messier with every minute. :ohno:

You do know that her management controls all their personal accounts. Just like what Lauren said, "They work us like literal slaves and we got nothing back." They obviously are having control and management issues and I don't think we should go to conclusions just yet till we hear the girls actually talk about it, not her management

It's hard really, I have sympathy for both parties. Camila can't be forced to be happy, if she didn't feel comfortable with the direction she was going or didn't feel like she was living up to her potential then fine. She has every right to leave the group. It's also true that it seems like there have been a lot of problems, Lauren's rant makes it seem like the group have some really big internal issues over an extended period of time.

Admittedly, if the statement from the other girls are true - it looks like she could have handled the situation a lot better. It's a difficult situation for either side though

I think what soured them is that they actually made an effort to sort out their problems via counselling. If Camila really would have wanted out, she still could probably have but I think it was important for the girls & managment to have an amicable split & closure. But that can't happen when the person you're trying to reach is only speaking to you through their lawyers and managers. I mean... they actually wasted their very limited time by waiting with the counselor AND the label boss L.A. Reid for Camila to show up. That must sting.

Totally and like I said, Camila handled it the wrong way, but I also feel like there were issues that went beyond what counselling could fix. No counsellor can convince someone who is unhappy in their job that they should stay - no counsellor can fix their obvious problems with management. Maybe Camila felt like she had already figured out what was best for her, maybe she felt like counselling wouldn't help the situation - and she wouldn't necessarily be wrong.

Maybe Camila felt like she had tried expressing her opinions to the group and felt shut out. Maybe she felt like it was best to go through her management because she felt like otherwise it would be 1 against 4.

All I'm really saying is that I would be cautious of jumping on the hate bandwagon and on this "#CamilaIsOverParty" crap. It's hard  for both parties and whatever mistakes Camila made, she is human   We don't know the full extent of the problems, we don't know the full extent of what happened but we do know from Lauren's leaked rant that Camila wasn't the only member with major problems.

Camille acting like she is the Beyonce of the group. She'll have 1-2 songs that do okay on the charts and she'll drift away.
