And she performed it live too SNL, VSFS, AMAs. I doubt that lots and lotsof performances would've done much, maybe a 2-5k boost but that's about it. Radio is starting to play the song. Why would they keep a buzz single by Demi Lovato that she and her label have given up on after one week be on the biggest Spotify playlist for MONTHS over a single from an overperforming #1 album, with big promo slots and good iTunes numbers that could translate to good streaming revenue? They're letting her on the playlist for one week only just so they can say she formally got an equal chance. In the end, no one but stans would notice. But what are we gonna do? Expose them for giving Gaga less payola than they usually give other mainstream artists? It would make Gaga look bad in the process more than it would help her numbers. I mean look at Meghan, NO slayed Spotify, it was playlisted on TTH for weeks.
