It sounds like all the other terrible music on pop radio. (Which is why I don't listen to the radio lol). Million Reasons doesn't really sound like anything on the radio so I'm not shocked that it's getting so few adds. It's a great song though, I'm glad she's been performing it so much and people seem to be enjoying/buying it. I don't really check the charts/chart threads much, and last time I was in this thread the song was in the 20's on iTunes I think?
