I feel like she's surrounded by yes people who'll tell her that they love things (even tho they don't) just so they don't hurt her feelings. 

The more the era continues the more it turns into this huge pity party and it's sad and almost unbelievable that this person used to be Lady Gaga once.

This is a poor rationalization for the poison that is coming out of this fanbase. That's what it is, poison, this fanbase is poisonous right now. Maybe there has been a surge in 12 year olds who ought not to be posting in online forums, or maybe it's just grown adults who should know better. Either way, it's not feedback, it's not constructive criticism, it's not our God-given right as fans to slam everything she does and demand more. 

I sincerely hope she no longer reads the poison posted in places like this, I can only imagine the devastation she feels if she does. The fans she said she'd die for? Merely a memory. These entitled whiney little b!tches? I don't know them.

I think the self-destructive nature of this fanbase is what will cause her to stop altogether, for the sake of her mental health. A person can only be pushed so far, and we (the fanbase) have already given her more than a million reasons to quit the show. 

And by the way, telling someone to get their sh!t together and do a better job is what's supposed to happen in the workplace, or else we'd never get anywhere for all the slackers dragging us down. Sh!tting all over someone's art however is just plain evil.

Fine, she isn't blind she can tell this is a step-down in terms of avant garde visuals. She knows that some shots aren't fresh and she knows that some people aren't gonna enjoy it because of said reasons. She's a grown woman and she is self-aware, she's probably just occupied elsewhere and just wanted to get the video out. Shes a polarizing charactet and she doesnt really care if its loved or hated.  She doesn't really need protection from teenagers.

I'm just a regular, 40 something family man - no facebook or twitter account; mostly keep things to myself. Grew up listening to bands like Led Zeppelin, Rush, Black Sabbath etc. Avid hockey player, strong silent type.

I don't have any of Ms. Gaga's albums, in fact, I can't even tell you the name of one.  But....the few live performances I've seen of her on TV and this new video "Million Reasons" have actually brought a tear to my eye; and believe you me, tears don't flow from these eyes easily.

Her commitment and dedication to her craft is very admirable. I know it's likely she'll never read this comment, but if she should, I want her to know she's a beautiful and talented lady with more than a million reasons to continue to make beautiful songs for the world.

If I put something out in the music market I can hope the public will like my stuff and buy it, if they won't well sure I'll deal with it, but I didn't ask anyone to like or buy. She's not some sort of service, she's free to do whatever the **** she wants, you can dislike something but you can't demand something from her (frankly it's pointless).

And this is not about liking or disliking a video or a song, it's about treating people with respect. You should start respecting what an artist puts out.

I think right now it is not about her fanbase, us or her record company. She needs to take full responsibility with her outputs and she needs to understand that she did several uncertain moves. Otherwise she will continue to decline as an artist and it must be so sad for someone ambitious as Lady Gaga.

I have no idea how she feels, but she shouldn't feel 'betrayed' by her fans or anything like what some of the ppl on here are saying. This fanbase is filled with people from all walks of life that truly like all different sides of Gaga, stop assuming we all need to love everything she does or have the same opinion, or are tasteless. I do not agree at all with harassment or bullying, but I am going to say that the video was not well made, unique or that emotionally gripping. I think she is coming across as very uninspired right now, but it could just be the focus is on the Superbowl right now. Still, its not like she has a long day job that she needs to do to pay the bills, sometimes I can't connect with her at all when she throws pity parties for how tough she finds it to be a popstar. Filming a 2 day video isn't that difficult, she also could've hired an actual acclaimed cinematographer or director, I mean its just so strange how badly it was filmed and edited. Makes me think she didn't care about it, which is fine but I kinda fell for her because of how passionate she seemed before you know?

TBH I hope she feels a little sad. I don't want her spirit to be broken, but the woman has GOT to look back at what she used to create, and realize that she needs help. She needs to collaborate with people other than Brandon, Freddie and Bobby.
