Surprised no one has said Azealia Banks, she's literally the biggest troll alive, and stubborn for the fact that she doesn't seem to want to change that. :smh:

I need that collab. :nails:

I don't think that it's happening any time soon :poot: Sia's manager is a big madonna stan and he hates Gaga, he even shaded her not too long ago :poot:

Anastasia

Prince was by far the WORST. He was obsessive about how his music was available online, and would make entire albums or projects but then just vault them for whatever reason.

Interesting watch. Gaga is similar in some ways, but definitely to a lesser degree :diane:

Prince. He was a mad genius who never really had co-producers. Like @Anastasia

said, he wrote thousands of songs and kept them in a vault. His primary record label (Warner Bros.) could not keep up with him.

Christina Aguilera - For repeatedly taking long breaks between albums despite this being the biggest reason that all her projects flop. Her fans have to deal with no updates on her between eras either, she completely drops off the face of the earth, The Voice being the only time she reappears now. She's got it into her head that she needs these long breaks to make a good album every time but it means she's become too comfortable in this pattern to the point where making music is more a hobby for her these days than a career.

Calvin Harris - He just won't change his sound, it feels like he's been riding the same generic beat for the last 5 years now. Many DJs have started to experiment in recent years, even the generic ones, but not him. He also has a habit of just working with the same people over and over (Ellie Goulding, Rihanna, Dizzee Rascal...) instead of branching out to people who might actually need a hit instead of the usual suspects.

Mariah Carey - Never changed her sound in her 26 year career. She sticks to the music she loves and all, but damn, even when her style gets her nowhere and sounds so dated, she still keeps making it. Her work has sounded the same for years - just cheesy ballads and midtempo love songs. She can't seem to get it into her head that this just doesn't do it for the public anymore.

Adele - I've heard that 25 was a big deal to make because she would record with some people then never get back to them to know if they had made the final cut or not. Phil Collins expressed his annoyance with her because of this. She just makes the same music over and over and the rare times she does provide a music video (a measly 2 per era), she never pushes herself with amazing visuals or a great story, just laziness, sometimes sitting/standing completely still. At least she promoted more this era but previously, she just couldn't be bothered. That in addition to her long breaks between albums suggest that she's a very entitled artist who just expects people to buy her stuff without her having to lift a finger to make them care.

Bruno Mars - For his third album, he yet again takes a long break, only to come back with another short album that barely clocks in at half an hour. He makes his fans wait so long for very little. Short albums bestowed upon the public occasionally doesn't work in this day and age and he's already learning that with his current album performance. But will he learn from it?

Agreed from top to bottom. Especially Christina, that one hits home, lol. Every rare appearance she makes she claims she's working on the album and it's a blast, but the reality is that she goes in the studio for days at a time and then doesn't return for months. It's truly such a shame, she's released so little throughout her long career- especially knowing what she's capable of when she truly puts in the effort (Stripped, Back to Basics, and even her original concepts for Bionic before her label interfered). She's not even much of a performer these days either. Mostly just private shows, which she does the bare minimum at. She slacks off all the choreography and has kept the same set list for the past five years.
