While I sort of agree with this, you are only one of millions of people around the world. You have such a minimal factor in her success and therefore you don't really deserve anything more than what you explicitly paid for. Gaga is the biggest factor in her own success and as a result she owes more to herself personally. You can't maximize your individual effect on her career unless you collectivize yourself with the millions of fans around the world, who, as we've seen, hold hundreds of conflicting opinions about her. All these fans' conflicting opinions about what she should or shouldn't do in effect cancel each other out, and thus the only opinions left are the ones held by those are most important in her success, aka Gaga, herself.

Do you know what the bystander effect is? The meanness on here is truly bothersome and should be addressed. Sorry for pointing out that so many of you act like a.ssholes. I'd never have the stomach to talk about or to anyone in person the way some of you talk about Gaga.

If you don't like Joanne but bought it anyway you're either dumb or a masochist lol. The album is at every streaming service available, you could have listened to it before buying it. If you bought the album on iTunes there's always the option to ask for a refund, Apple offers that service so maybe that is what you should do.

Now, just because you bought the album it doesn't give you the right to complain about the performances, her clothes, her hair, the things she says on interviews, etc because she is a free human being who owns nothing to you. What she owned (the album copy) you already have.

There it is. Re-read the roughly 150 words I posted originally. Particularly this part: Hold off with the "you can't handle negative opinions" replies. I'm talking about the need for people to understand the difference between being thoughtfully critical and just stupidly mean. 

This isn't about not liking something about a song.

And this: So, if people want to complain about what they paid for, then it's their right. 

Is a very strange sentiment considering you most definitely heard this album or could preview it before you bought it. Keep reaching though.
