thefamebitch 834
I really want to feel sorry for her but I can't. There's been countless politicians from ALL parties (Republican, Democrat, Libertarian, Green and Independents) who have been giving y'all a Million Reasons for over a year as to why Trump was a bad choice and wouldn't actually do anything to help people like her. Yet despite all the warnings, she took a gamble like millions of others and she has to face up to the oncoming consequences of her decision, it serves her right. Maybe Americans will finally learn a lesson, but with our track record, that's doubtful because we can't resist blaming anyone but ourselves for our problems. She chose a racist candidate because it would profit herself the most which is bad, but on the other hand I get the hopelessness and desperation which led her to vote Trump. She really thought an anti-establishment candidate was possible or necessary. Dont most people vote for themselves tho??? Some in the LGBT hardly discuss anything else besides gay rights as if its the holy grail of all politics even tho it doesnt affect 85% or more of the population Environmentalists dont seem to care about any aspect of politics besides anything to do with global warming Most people have that 1 issue thats their big thing and in this womans case it was the economy Doesnt make her more selfish than most

People make decisions and take stances all the time without knowing facts Its not just Americans, and its not just conservatives Many young Liberals are so conditioned to take certain stances that they dont even learn facts about certain projects or proposals before criticizing it People of all political spectrums are guilty of this! Doesn't mean it's a good thing. But for people who have less in relation to most people it's understandable they'd vote in their own interests - which is why it saddens me that they voted for Trump. They voted against their own interests. On the other hand I think that they deserve it because they put aside all kinds of morality (racism? puh! I don't care - give me that tax reduction!) for their own interests. It's the same kind of mentality that causes people at the top of Goldman Sachs to do what they did. Votes by minorities and environmentalists are for making the world more equal. They don't push aside all what they were taught for the sake of a little more money.
