Whenever it's a black woman on top it's always "mass media bending themselves backwards to be inclusive"

Like... people refuse to accept that a black woman made a great album. :awkney:

Lemonade is a really great album with an outstanding film for it but the best album of 2016? That's a stretch when right in the middle of the album it has like 4-5 songs which are fillers out of 12 songs and these 4-5 songs completely ruin the mood of the album for me.

I personally feel like Lemonade is well deserving of the spot with the only lowlight of the album being a 1 minute interlude.

Besides Joanne, I don't know any album I like nearly as much or comes close in terms of production and meaningfulness.

Exactly. When it's not POC on there its just another day, but lord forbids colored people have a year of great music. Then the media would be kissing their asses. This year black people really slayed. And I would have been upset that Joanne didn't make the top 50 but considering what did I am not mad.... and I love Ariana .... but DW really? Ha

Lady Wood is there? ... really? And Glory too..?

These two are the most bland pop records I've heard this year!

They say it's the last song. They don't know us, you see. It's only the last song if we let it be.
