1.No ,I didn't even observe that.

2.We are talking here about her job because this is her career and she let's her personal life involve to much in it and wants to control everything. If she isn't prepare for an album release and has physically  and mentally problems you don't release it because your fans (that yourself made them like this by giving them a name and making them fandom you ,she even said that she loves stan culture in the past when she was talking about brintey ) have some expectations .

But the biggest issue I have with the fact that she keeps going and going like a broken record about how she was chained through her entire career by her label by her fans by everybody and she couldn't do EVERYTHING she wanted . Self-Pity and playing victim isn't gonna solve the problem , real world needs warriors(Madonna for example even if I dislike her personality ,I can't say anything about her professionalism when it comes to her work )  not cry-babies .In 2013 media began to tear her imagine apart and she took it personally (like they don't do this with every single celebrity) and made several scenes (AMA performance,VMA performance  , Twitter posts ,Interviews ,etc )they  show an insecure person and not a pro .

She's not playing the victim; she is a victom. She has never blamed her fans for her lack of success in recent years, yet she has credence in blaming her label sometimes. You do realize she's contractually obligated to promote her material, even if that means not necessarily feeling the music she's making or promoting singles when she'd rather promote a different song. Gaga is far from weak, and to be strong in the face of your fans when they call you weak on a forum which Gaga and her team do in fact check up on frequently, wherever they are

Also, fans are entitled to expectations. But many Monsters feel like they're entitled to unreasonable expectations. Some Monsters were having a meltdown that Joanne wouldn't sell as much first week as ARTPOP. Many were melting first because A-YO was the second single and then melting down now because MR is flopping. There's only so much Gaga can do when it comes to making these marketing decisions as well, but many fans like to pin all the blame on Gaga. If she keeps going on like a broken record to you, then maybe you should move on to someone else because I appreciate Gaga more for her music and herself than the bling

You also have to realize that it's obvious Gaga can't do everything that she wants. She obviously knows that. But what you and others don't understand is that Gaga is a person. She's gets disappointed, she gets angry, she gets elated just like everyone else. You don't think she looks at Joanne and sees its success and finds herself disappointed with the product that she actually wanted to create for a long time, and for media and her fans to lambast its mediocre success is just an added slap to the face. She's entitled to being vulnerable, she's human. She's trying to better herself. She's not trying to be Madonna, she's not trying to be anyone. She's trying to be herself and to be true to herself and what she wants. Like, homegirl made a song about it and still isn't able to catch a break

Stop victim shaming and claiming Gaga is constantly playing the victim. You're only pressed because Gaga isn't living up to some fans insane level of expectations. Let Joanne and Joanne be what it is; if it becomes more successful, it becomes more successful. If it flops, it flops, and you have to be prepared enough to accept either outcome because I am and surely Gaga and her team are as well

I'd be fine with a greatest hits album, but a February release feels way too soon after Joanne. Anything being released before next summer/fall seems soon, honestly.

If this is true though, they could do her singles (regardless of success) + a few album highlights/deep cuts. Gaga's statement about wanting to take people through her catalog at the Super Bowl could be related to a hits/favorites album.

Maybe including some of these:

Just Dance, LoveGame, Paparazzi, Poker Face, Bad Romance, Alejandro, Speechless, Telephone, Marry the Night, Born This Way, Judas, Hair, Yoü and I, The Edge of Glory, G.U.Y., Do What U Want, Applause, the third single from Joanne, Perfect Illusion, and Million Reasons. Not in that order of course, but I think these would make for a solid track list.

Gaga Monster

It would make sense. MR would be the final single off Joanne and then she would have 2 Pop Hits for the GH album just in time for the Super Bowl. Lets face it, there is no other singles on Joanne except PI and MR that have potential to smash.
