That would be something that Trump needs to take care of. If he believed his child needs to stay in NYC, then he needs to pay out a few billion every year to keep him protected there. The burden should not fall on the tax payer, the people who live in that area and the businesses in that area. It's a Presidential entitlement. Much like Air Force One which costs $227,000 per hour to fly- Obama used it a lot to campaign for HRC during this election. Do we the taxpayers get that money back or will Obama be reimbursing those funds? I mean to hear you talk it would only be fair if he did since you're wanting Donald Trump to pay for his families on secret service protection while people stand outside his building on 5th avenue holding "RAPE MELANIA" signs. They are talking about this, because it is unprecedented. Obama using Air Force One to fly around for campaigning is nothing new, and has been done by many presidents in the past. All his family are available for special protection, but that was somewhat under the thought that they would be with him during his presidency. My thought would be, he and his family will use this as a financial break from private security while they can. If his son is autistic, something that was only commented on and not gone into in depth or made light of in this article, he would have a hard time with such a big change like moving to DC. But in all fairness to the public, there should be a middle ground where they are allocated to an area less expensive and easier to protect than Midtown.
