Thus far, it has been unheard of for a first family to not live in the White House during the time of their presidency. This will also cause major inconveniences in traffic around Midtown Manhattan, as there will have to be road blocks, NYPD, and secret service outside the building 24/7. There have been many pleas for the first family to move into the White House, even from the mayor. Not only has this begun the debate over wether Barron Trump is autistic, but also goes to show how unprepared the Trump family was for a Trump Presidency. I get the upset too, they obviously knew about this before they ran, the money it will cost to do this is pretty gross and totally avoidable.
