I think there are ideas he has are great, but he fails on two of the most important things for me- environment and equality. The other thing I find most important is education, but I don't know enough about his education policies to make a fair judgment. 

But what I know is that having him puts at least two of my three most important political concerns at risk, and I'm not willing to let those take a backseat to improve other areas. 

I don't want a President who will be so careless with the water, air, and earth we depend on for survival. Flat out. I will give him a chance on some of his other policies, but that is one thing I will NOT budge for.

I wouldn't honestly care if he was in office if he fought against climate change.

There is no point in any movement since a majority of us would die before we could adapt to the new climate.

This is the single issue that keeps me against this man. While his rhetoric and evil ways and essentially hiring a council of evil might possibly be overlooked, but he essentially wants to destroy every living thing on this planet for his own change.

Though I'm not honestly sure how much of a chance I'm willing to give him if he was fighting against climate change. Not much of one. He is hiring what are basically neo-nazis.

This, the climate change denying is a deal breaker, he can shove all the rest of his promises up his daughter ass,  and he doesnt deserve the slightest chance or trust for that.

What exactly is inaccurate? Steve Bannon identified Breitbart as the media arm of the alt-right movement during his time there. The alt-right's philosophical premise is that of white supremacy and keeping the US a nation of European descendents only. They have been widely associated with neo-nazi ideologies and at a recent summit in DC greated Richard Spencer with a Nazi salute.

Jeff Sessions was denied a position on a federal court in 1986 because of racist comments he made. But apparently that is no longer a problem?

He brought up facts, hard facts, and you are dismissing them. 

I've heard of almost everyone Trump has selected for his team before the "most negative ad campaign for decades" and they've always been awful, which is why we look at their histories, its a valid observation  There's no media warping my views on these people with clear track records. Facts exist and not everything that is anti-conservative or anti-bigotry is a product of the liberal agenda, idk what else to tell you  It is not false advertising or priming or brainwashing, etc.  to show a clip of Donald Trump mocking disabled people or saying something overtly racist, it's not even out of context  The point is to get people to see that hes an awful person because he shows time and time again with no prompt that he is an awful person

Btw, her campaign is over, mainstream media reporting on this =/= Hillary Clinton's advertising team. You don't have to see an advertisement paid for by Hillary for Pres to see his ignorance and hate, you could just watch him speak publicly

You're right, her campaign is over because she lost, and this type of coverage is an extension of the election coverage. It needs to end. I have seen him speak publicly, by the way, many times, and he is inspirational. I know there are many users here who are under this cloud of hatred towards him and the Republican Party, but it's more interesting how there are so many users here who support him, and that number is on the rise. I guess Hillary and her campaign of corruption just didn't do it for people. 

 

Also, to make a point, I stated his discussion was "extensions upon extensions," in the sense that you have to travel down a rabbit hole of collusion to find evidence to support a conclusion he already came to. This person is connected to this, who is connected to this, who is connected to this. Not always, but mostly. You are free to throw in your editorializations however you want but it doesn't change the facts. I was a liberal before I noticed how biased the media was, and how factually incorrect. Half of the country came to that same conclusion. They didn't like being told what to care about by someone who has failed consistently in every way, and can't even mop up her own messes. I know that gay people like to think that the country should only focus on gay rights and ignore every other aspect of what's going on in the country, but good news: Trump is pro-gay. Anything stating otherwise is speculation unsupported by facts. Period.

Lower taxes may be good for the economy but hes not backing it up with enough spending cuts. Any Government can cut taxes if they really want to, the controversy is always what cuts to make in spending to make the tax cuts sustainable.

 

As for the trade deals, any trade deal that involves so many Countries like TPP is never gonna be perfect for every Country, everyone has to compromise to make it happen

 

If the US doesnt like it by all means leave but yull be the ones missing out in economic growth if you try isolationist policies

It's fine if you find him inspirational, telling, but fine. Ignorance is not "on the rise", its been the norm for basically all of human civilization. Progressive, "radical", liberal ideas are on the rise in young people, also I don't see any marked increase in Trump supporters on this specific forum, not sure where you are seeing it. I think people have always been here, but its not like Hillary supporters are now Pro-Trump, some have accepted his presidency but are still going to fight against intolerant and ignorant policy, which is totally acceptable. 

Fox news has pretty much always dominated media coverage in terms of viewership and its the news network with the most egregious offenses in ethical journalism  Any republican who actually knows what ethical or good journalism is would tell you that  To make the claim that half the country came to their senses and realized that liberal media was a bunch of lies is totally a shot in the dark. That "half of the country" never watched liberal media in the first place, they get their news from Facebook articles and Fox News, or they don't even watch the news, let alone read it, they hear about it from someone. That's how you get people who think Hillary literally is a murderer  Also, fact checkers, science, research, objectivity, they just aren't on your side. They aren't always on liberal media's side either, but at least this side considers them important   If you actually talk to people who don't just consume information, but they generate it, they study it, they live it, they will tell you the truth. (I mean, or you could learn to critically analyze information but most of America can't do that  )

Finally, his points weren't extensions at all, they are pretty direct and out in the open. There is no rabbit hole of collusions required to come to the conclusion that these two people are some degree of racist. In the case of Steve Bannon, there is a whole slew of evidence. You're incorrectly assuming that we've presupposed their guilt. If saying racist things, doing racist things, supporting or not denying racist things, and believing racist things doesn't make you a racist, then what does? Is it literally only lynching black people because you think they are inferior as a race to white people? Is it literal nazism? I didn't hear "Jeff Sessions is racist!" and say "Well, if MSNBC says so, it must be true  " (I don't even watch MSNBC, I haven't in two years)  I looked it up from various sources and analyzed what was fact and fiction and priming and framing, what amount of bias was overwhelming or tolerable (because there is always bias). And then I said "yeah, hes racist, or has at least done and said racist things  "

It's called being a rational, critical thinker. On the flip side, if right wing media says something, despite their vast history of slant and sometimes flat out lying to their viewers, I still think about it before I come to a definitive conclusion for myself. 

Also, said nothing about gay this time, so I won't touch that.
