Second, as said before, there's choreo involved in the tour. Not only that, but one has to sing at a lower register if they're going to be singing every night on tour. If it were a live track, it would be edited to perfection to make her look amazing. See example, Beyonce. And there's way too much reverb for it to be a lip sync.
