They are absolutely not superior to you in any way. Veganism is just a lifestyle change that anyone can make. Choosing to make vegan foods can help in a very big way, maybe try to start with Meatless Mondays or going vegetarian, it makes a difference. Anytime you choose a vegan meal over another also helps, you can change the world with very easy choices. If you need more help with food and diet please PM me, I can help to the best of my abilities and give recipes!

Protein is in virtually every food, it is very easy to get and actually most of the population has too much protein which could be dangerous. I get my protein sources from beans, nuts, soy and vegetables. There is even protein in fruits, though you certainly would need to eat A LOT of fruit. Ads have brainwashed us into thinking we need meat to get protein, but it is way off and one of the biggest lies of the industry. I use the My Fitness Pal app, and I always meet my macros, though the sugar I am always overboard with them because I disagree with their limitations (I am currently studying dietetics and there is nothing wrong with raw fruit). I have only been vegan about a year, but I had anemia since I was 13. My doctor recommended an iron treatment that was completely void of animal ingredients, because iron is a lot easier to get than you realize. The same is with calcium, try using kale in your diet, it is a much healthier form of calcium than dairy is.

That was amazing, i can tell that you know what are u talking about even if u have been vegan for a year, i love kale actually, i didnt even know it have calcium, clearly i need to read more, since i want this to be a lifestyle, not something for a month or two, actually i convert my mom (almost) cuz i make food and she loves it

I'd happily go vegan in the future if it was an easily accessible, cheap and nutritious choice. It's easy to pull up ways of hitting one or two of those three things but rarely all three.

It currently is extremely cheap and healthy, if you want a place to begin try something like Meatless Mondays and work your way forward, it helps! If you need more information and recipes PM me and I will help to the best of my abilities.

being vegan honestly sounds like a shitty life to me, not being able to enjoy all the flavours in this world sounds like a torture, I don't see myself eatting nothing but plants and ejoying it as much as Ia enjoy meat tbh

That's great, thank you! Make sure to realize that some dark leafy greens have calcium but we do not absorb it properly because of other properties in the vegetable. Kale is perfect because it has useful calcium, you can use it in many recipes or hide it in smoothies if you don't like it (which is what I need to do). Many plant milks have calcium as well, there is soy milk, almond milk, cashew milk, hazelnut milk, oat milk, rice milk and coconut milk, take your time trying them and try to see it as a fun experiment. You don't need to go vegan overnight, small changes or choosing to make a recipe that is vegan for a meal helps, good luck! PM me if you are interested in more recipes or diet health information.

Many flavours are created by spices and cooking styles, not the actual product. Maybe try a few nights a week making a vegan meal? It may open your mind. A blog/youtuber I recommend is Hot for Food, find something of theirs that interests you or looks familiar and try it as an experiment, make nights where you try vegan dishes a fun time, not an obligation.

I can understand this as being so, maybe this can save us from ourselves and save our environment.

The future's uncertain and the end is always near.

but I read that you bodys needs to eat EVERYTHING, otherwise it will not get all the nutrients it needs, cause our body is designed to eat both meat and vegetables

I completely understand haha, I still think of cheese and I haven't tasted it in so long. My advice would be to try alternatives every once in a while, its amazing that you are vegetarian, but maybe if you are craving nachos try a vegan version and see how that goes for you. http://www.hotforfoodblog.com/recipes/2015/1/22/nacho-cheese

If you want more recipe ideas feel free to PM me, I have a lot and I completely understand cravings haha
