Doctors whew performed emergency operation on her vagina and rectum said that they have never seen something like that nor heard about similar violence. For some injures there are no terms in medical literature and those injures are highly possible to be made by some sharp object same the same doctor that performed lifesaving surgery but judge didn't took this into consideration. When rape will be regarded as a damaging crime, one with serial potential, I do not know. Both rape and pedophilia are regarded almost as misdemeanors while drugs gets you in jail for years... It's corrupt and punishment is prioritised over rehabilitation and even then there's no definitive 'law' that defines what punishment is and the length. With people who are imprisoned for longer sentances to be made an example out of, abuse cases that get minimal length, drug and alcoholic abusers being imprisoned and even capital punishment.
