But I think showcasing your art through violence is a very easy concept and one dmensional... So it's not all that powerful to me.

Me too! I actually had bought "Mechanical Animals" as a Christmas gift for my best friend when I was in 7th grade. We went to Catholic school and the teacher saw and confiscated it on the last day before winter break. I was so mad that I went and bought a copy for myself and waited patiently to take it to school once class was back in session.

I'd say that the strength of a message is taken differently from everyone. I also didn't feel like the video or the song make much sense for this "against trump" message. I only support it because it is against that sh!t head.

Manson is so predictable at election time and I am even a fan. What would be NOT predictable of him is if he did this with any of the others or any of the current true boogeymen of the entire world, but he is too scared to make a bold move, better for him to keep it safe and in America . Manson taking a cheap shot.
