Second, your interpretation is just absurd. Madonna's entire career has been political. This is no different. It's not about her ego, as you say! Whatever she does, she believes in it, all her causes, all her fights. 

Now back to what really matters, and that's M's wonderful performance. Like a Prayer is one of the best songs have written. I get chills everytime she sings it and people sing along!

she was ignored by Obama, then went publicly to say he's intimidated of her, and when they finally met she looked like deer caught in headlights, and now again she's ranting on and on about wanting to be invited to the White House. It's all ego talk.

My friends FaceTimed me she was in WSP; I was so shook because I could've been there but only if some Madonna stans would've just made an announcement of her Insta post announcing the surprise performance on GGD, I would have RAN to the subway

She's a freaking American citizen, who lives in America and like 100% of Americans, she's also entitled to expressing her political view despite she's a public figure or not!

She's spoken her mind on her social media like every other person has done, and this concert was not even much publicitized. So to say this is something related to her Ego is much reaching. It's not like she's been to every tv show to talk about this or given a big-attendance, advertised gig.

Imo, she ha sthe right to speak her mind politically. If she endorses Hillary, go for it. Although I completely disagree with her political views this time, I will not argue that because this is the entertainment section, not the political one.

On the entertainment sid eof this, I think it's lovely but she sounded very bad. She had improved for the Rebel Heart. Since she is not a nattural vocalist, I guess her best moments come from hard practicing. Why on earth she does not do that constantly. She did a concert for Hilary/in support of her, for her fans and to shed light on the election/the importance of voting.

Are you kidding me? She's been doing acoustics since the start of her career. She's even made a semi-acoustic record with an acoustic mini-tour to go along with it in 2003.

Don't you think than that it's a little weird that an unannounced pop-up concert in a park could still attract so many (also, a lot of young) people for someone who has "ZERO influence", no? 4 decade long career with all the accolades your fave could only dream of and here you are, trying to prove how irrelevant and how non-influential she is.
