Perfect Illusion at Sukkiri is a masterpiece

... and it should've been the album version.

I love how real she was and how much emotion she put in it. The piano bit was so FameGa. The way she belts out the chorus and keychange.

Also, she starts so sad and heartbroken but it changes to an aggressive way. I just love it. The best performance of this era and probably one of her best performances ever.

You can see how she gets to a dark place in her heart and is willing to get it out on the surface.

I f***** love it.

yes and no, joanne needed a messy banger like perfect illusion as introduction to the album. this should be on a deluxe track or something though, non-fans album buyers are missing out A LOT.

Yes it is. Without a doubt the most touching performance from her in ages (and by that I mean since Til it happens to you at the Oscars 2016).

Also, you can feel her anger and sadness in the second half of the performance so real that I was able to picture her screaming and throwing things at Taylor Kinney. :cryga:

It's heartbreaking, why can't she sing like this in the studio . She gave Perfect Illusion a meaning, it was real, very what Joanne is expected to be, she just forgot about everything sorrounding her, channeled everything into her music. If she was on top voice like 2014/early 15 it would be her greatest performance.

In my mind it's more she's screaming for him to do something, she wants him to stop her. I'd say this because of John wayne and sinners prayer. But it's not really him, it's more people. She's def. trying to reach out for someone, it's def a cry for help

I swear, if she only dropped a bit of her game sometimes and was not afraid... She's so great.  I don't want her to be relatable or anything at all. Doesn't mean she can't be a bit more direct and cut the chase that doesn't need to exist. I think you know where i'm getting (hope so).
