1.0000 (or 1/1 or 100%) is the number 1 song. That's the amount you have to sell to be #1.

The #2 song is currently at .9615 which means it's selling 96.15% of what the #1 song is. The #3 song is currently at .8297 which means it's selling 82.97% of what the #1 song is and so on.

The shades of red vs the shades of green also indicate how much a song is dropping or growing (with white being neutral) so a dark red means sales are really dropping off while a dark green means that the sales are growing).
