All 3 of her singles are inching up on Itunes. Million is now #4 (closer needs to stop being closer and just get very far away). AYO just moved up one notch to 12, and Perfect Illusion is on its own upward trajectory.

Without radio, the songs won't last long.

She needs THE song to regain interest from radio.

As of now, that song is MR.

A-Yo can be kept for summer imo.

I'd prefer Million Reasons ww-single and AYO for US :grr: I think it could be fine :rockstar:But the final decision is Gaga, so if she prefers AYO like 2nd Single, I'm OK :laughga:

See, I really like the dual single idea because I want both of them, but then they're going to be in direct competition with each other and ultimately radio will just choose one over the other.

It'd be cool though. Awesome to see Gaga not sticking to traditional single releases and breaking the mould a bit

What you're describing happened to Rihanna. I think, unfortunately, she should pull A-YO in favor of Million Reasons.

You do realize that there are other markets besides Europe and the States?

To answer your question, though, just release both side by side because if Million Reasons gets the Eh, Eh treatment, it's not going to receive enough promo to slay as hard as it can. Additionally, what if Million Reasons miraculously does so well in non-US markets and Gaga's label wants to release it in the US thinking it can achieve the same amount of success? What if A-YO flops in the US and then Million Reasons is released and ends up flopping as well?

Just release both as a single unit rather than divide them up among markets

"Million Reasons" is undoubtedly the better choice for second single. Hopefully Gaga & Interscope will wake up and see that the public's overwhelming preference for it over "A-Yo" is no accident.

"Million Reasons" is is more accessible for international markets than "A-Yo", and has the potential to be a #1 hit record on adult pop & adult contemporary radio, the two most important radio formats for Gaga aside from top 40 -- in other words, it's an album-selling hit.

It's clear Gaga wants "A-Yo" to be a single, but why couldn't she release it as the third single? "Dancin' in Circles" is the most obvious single choice, but single #3 would be around the time of the Super Bowl and she couldn't perform it there. So release "Million Reasons" now, bump "A-Yo" to #3, then close out the era with "DIC".

Yes i know there are other markets. But i talk about US and europe markets :gaycat:

I also think Gaga should release both as singles and let decide the people and radio what they want to hear. She will play and perform both songs anyway. I think, Million Reasons and A-YO will both work in US. Million Reasons will be even bigger. But A-YO will not flop, it just needs very good performances and a From Dusk Till Dawn inspired video.

Million Reasons for sure will smash in europe, at least in most countries. It's the perfect time for that kind of heart bleeding song.

I think she should put a lot of effort into creating cool visuals for the a-yo vid and include some good choreo that could help it become huge. A-YO is a beast of a tune with great potential it deserves to be a single! MR is less to work with visual wise I think she should send it to the radio and see if it starts to take off and if it does do a vid for that too. But I think other songs on Joanne are more single worthy and are better suited to cool visuals than MR. But i cant wait to find out what she does next tbh!

Gaga loves A-YO so much.....

MR is less to work with visual wise she's not here for simple things....

I'm confused....

another shot before we kiss the other side

River

Both of them are charting very well.. so the 3rd single (one of them) will flop..

It's better to jump on the wave and release them both.. it's already successful, so why to cut it in the middle and wait??!?!!?

So sploosh your juice all over me you Riverboy
