I'm kinda surprised Joanne is not selling a little more in the Netherlands (I wasn't expecting it to smash btw) since people there like country/folk music. Just look at the ESC entries. Not necessarily country/folk though. While her numbers are mediocre at best, it's the priciest album currently in the land and our charts get ranked after revenue achieved rather than records sold. They're taking full advantage of that.
