DiscoHeaven23 35,007
Do you guys think the C2C fans, most of them originally Tony Bennett's, are helping sales of Joanne? It's a more mature album and I know many older people who have been turned on to Gaga through Cheek to Cheek.

Dramatica 13,690
You want them to promote Dancin' In Circles? A song about masturbation? I didn't ask for a free ride, I only asked you to show me a real good time.

Toph 375
Yes I do. Songs like Just Another Day and Grigio Girls are really nailing it with her older (female) audiences. My mother and her friends also really enjoy Million Reasons and A-Yo.
BenG 19,908
Definitely, be it big or small. She's definitely widen her audience and pool of casual fans
Luc 4,775
No. But it made people more open to her and I think it helped her with women aged 25-50 (the Adele audience).
Shipper 13,078
Yes!! Older people are statistically the biggest buyers of music and not the teens-30's that majority of the music industry appeal to. This is why more mature albums sell like hotcakes, cue Adelle, Buble, Taylor Swift* (I assume because she doesnt cuss, have the 'polite' girl image, and lots of grandmas want to buy 'clean' music for grandkids) Appealing to the oldies is where the money is at. Younger people are all talk and twitter but doesnt buy music and only streams. 🩶🩶🩶🩶🩶🩶🩶🩶🩶🩶🩶🩶🩶🩶🩶🩶🩶🩶🩶
